Andrea Robinson is a visual artist working with printmaking, text, installation, performance and poetry. She is a founder member of print collective The Friday Group and a member of Southbank Printmakers and the Printmakers Council.
Her artworks combine a range of screen print techniques, including print-collage, photo-stencil and hand painted mono print, and often incorporate maps, found images, hand drawn elements and her own photographs.
Andrea has exhibited widely since 2010 at independent shows and mixed exhibitions throughout the UK and internationally. Highlights include: Seacourt Centre for Contemporary Printmaking’s International Mini Print Biennale, Protocol at Frieze Art Week, with AMBruno at The Tetley, Leeds and Miss Read, Berlin, and Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair in 2018 and 2019.
Her prints and artist books are held in private and public collections including Tate Britain, the British Library, Chelsea College of Art, Scarborough Museum and the V&A, and online for Art UK which showcases artworks from the UK’s public collections.
